A customer has 10 days from the date of purchase of merchandise.

Once credit card refunds are initiated, it can take our credit card processor up to 10 days to issue the refund. Refund timing is also dependent on each individual credit card company’s processing times.

If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.
If a product is incorrect or defective, the customer can call or email
sales@watchpartsdirect.com directly and we will replace or refund the item.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available after the refund timeframe.

Refunds will be issued, provided the item is returned in its original condition, to the original method of payment. If the merchandise is opened or damaged in any way, then no refund is available.
