Shipping And Returns Policies
SHIPPING & TAX INFORMATION
- We are currently offering shipping through USPS and UPS only for US domestic orders.
- International orders will have a variable shipping rate based on location which will be calculated after review. Please note, we cannot ship to all international destinations at this time due to restrictions and carrier limitations. Advanced apologies.
- Expedited shipping is available, but a quote must be provided in advance so that approved can be granted by the customer.
- Texas state tax: There is a 8.25% tax rate for all customers in the state of Texas.
- There are no tax charges for customers outside of the state of Texas.
GENERAL RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- A customer has 10 days to return an item from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued, provided the item is returned in its original condition, to the original method of payment. If the merchandise is opened or damaged in any way, then no refund is available.
- Customers will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
A customer must cancel their order before it is shipped by calling us at (800) 541-5494 Orders are shipped as soon as possible and are typically shipped the same day of the order.
